Its meaning is that the pressure of a certain mass of gas × volume/temperature = constant, which means that when the volume of the gas decreases and the pressure increases, the temperature of the gas will also increase; according to this principle, when the rarefied secondary steam is compressed in volume, its temperature will increase accordingly, thereby realizing the transformation of low-temperature, low-pressure steam into high-temperature and high-pressure steam, which can then be used as a heat source to heat the original liquid to be evaporated again, thereby achieving the purpose of recycling and reusing steam; since the compression in this volume is achieved by a mechanical compressor, it is called MVR.
Mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) evaporator is suitable for low-temperature concentration in milk, glucose, starch, monosodium glutamate, xylose, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, bioengineering, environmental protection engineering, waste liquid recovery, papermaking, salt making and other industries.
It consists of a single-effect or triple-effect evaporator, a separator, a compressor, a vacuum pump, a circulating pump, an operating platform, an electrical instrument control cabinet, valves, pipelines and other systems, and the structure is very simple.
The mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) evaporator uses the secondary steam generated in the evaporator, which is compressed by the compressor, and the pressure, temperature and enthalpy are increased. Then it is sent to the heating chamber of the evaporator for use as heating steam to keep the liquid boiling, while the heating steam itself is condensed into water. In this way, the steam that was originally to be discarded is fully utilized, the latent heat is recovered, and the thermal efficiency is improved. The economy of raw steam is equivalent to 30 effects of multi-effect evaporation, which reduces the demand for external heating and cooling resources, reduces energy consumption and pollution.
MVR energy-saving evaporator technology is currently a good evaporator technology. It only requires a small amount of raw steam, which greatly reduces the operating costs of enterprises and reduces environmental pollution.
Because the compressor is used to provide the heat source, the temperature difference is much smaller than that of the traditional evaporator, which can achieve gentle evaporation, greatly improve product quality and reduce scaling.
No condenser is required, the structure and process are very simple, fully automatic operation, and can run continuously.
The equipment is equipped with CIP cleaning pipeline, which can be cleaned on site. The whole set of equipment is easy to operate and has no dead corners.
The evaporator evaporates the material at low temperature and without foaming. The material liquid is uniform, does not run, and is not easy to coke.
